Rapier Combat
In the Society for Creative Anachronism many forms of Medieval and Renaissance combat are recreated. Rapier combat utilizes a thin flexible blade, and skills similar to modern fencing. Rapier is rapidly growing in popularity within the Society.
The Shire is now holding Monthly Rapier Combat Practices, held at Fain Park, on Sundays starting at 12pm going until everyone is done. Please join the Yahoo group for emails informing you when the next practice will be. Please bring water as the site has no drinking water available, and food if you want to make a day of it.
